The Realtor Maps AI Visibility score is built from two engines, both
0–100, then averaged. The Brain's view of what each engine actually
measures and what moves it:

Engine A — GBP audit (gbp_score). Eleven factors across four
pillars (claimed, complete, recent, reviewed). The two things that
move this fastest: claim the profile, then hit the
[[gbp/posting-cadence]]. Photos and reviews compound — they don't
expire.

Engine B — AI Answer Inclusion (ai_score). A weekly battery of
buyer-style prompts against five models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,
Grok, Perplexity), plus an AI-readiness check on the agent's own
website. The website half is mostly about whether
[[geo/schema-jsonld]] is valid and whether the page reads
[[geo/answer-first-content]]. The inclusion half is the
[[ai/chatgpt-citation-signals]] working — there's no shortcut.

What doesn't move the score: social posting cadence (see
[[channels/instagram-for-agents]]), blog post volume, paid SEO tools,
or any "AI ranking guarantee" — see [[ethics/no-guarantees]].
