Privacy Policy

The short version

Realtor Maps helps real estate agents optimize their Google Business Profile. We collect only what we need to run the audit, your account, and the managed service. We never sell your personal data. You can ask for a copy of it or have it deleted at any time.

What we collect

• Audit details — the name, email, city, and any link you submit to run a free audit.
• Account details — your name and email, and a securely hashed password if you sign up with one. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Public profile data — information about your business already public on Google and your website, gathered to score the audit.
• Billing details — handled by Stripe. We receive a customer and subscription identifier; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic logs and request metadata (IP, user agent) used for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To run your audit, generate your report, operate your account, deliver the managed service, take payment, answer your messages, and keep the service secure. That's the whole list. We do not use your data to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted processors: Neon (database), Amazon Web Services (storage), Stripe (payments), Google Places API (audit data), OpenRouter (report drafting), and Resend (email delivery). Each receives only the data needed for its role.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and choose “Privacy / data request” — we'll action it promptly.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
