What is real estate GEO?

Real estate GEO is Generative Engine Optimization applied to real estate agents: structuring an agent's Google Business Profile, website, reviews, and citable authority so AI assistants name that agent when buyers ask for a realtor.

The shift behind it is simple. A buyer used to type "real estate agent near me" into Google and scroll a page of ten blue links.
