Terms of Service

The service
Realtor Maps provides a free Google Business Profile audit and an optional paid managed-optimization service for real estate agents. The managed service includes claiming and optimizing your profile, publishing posts and media to it, running a review campaign, tracking competitors, and monthly reporting.
No ranking guarantee
Search and map rankings are controlled by Google and depend on many factors outside any provider's control. We optimize your profile using established best practices and report honestly on your visibility — but we do not and cannot guarantee a specific ranking or position. Anyone who guarantees a Google ranking is not being truthful with you.
Your account & authorization
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. By subscribing to the managed service you authorize Realtor Maps to act as a manager of your Google Business Profile on your behalf. You remain responsible for the legal compliance of any advertising published in your name, including applicable real estate licensing and fair housing requirements; we provide the tooling and labor to keep your profile compliant and current.
Billing & cancellation
Insights is $99 per month or $990 per year (two months free). Managed is $999 per month or $9,990 per year (two months free). Both bill in advance through Stripe. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time, and your plan will not renew for the following period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Realtor Maps to misrepresent a business, to audit profiles you have no relationship with for abusive purposes, or to violate Google's third-party policies or any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtor Maps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Realtor Maps is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.
