Don't post daily. Post consistently — roughly 15+ updates a month —
across exactly two surfaces: your Google Business Profile and your
Realtor Maps page.

Forcing a daily number drives thin, filler content. That's the exact
low-quality pattern that drags down freshness signals: a feed of "happy
Friday!" tiles is read by ranking and citation systems as activity
without substance, and it crowds out the listings, just-solds, and
market notes that actually move visibility.

What "consistent" looks like in practice:

  • 3–4 GBP posts per week, mixing listings, just-solds, neighborhood
    notes, and occasional team updates.
  • Photos and videos added directly to the GBP — Google weights this
as freshness, and the photos compound (they don't expire from the
    feed the way posts do).
  • Mirror the substantive ones to the Realtor Maps page (the only
other surface that matters for citation).
  • Skip Instagram and the rest as a primary posting target — see
    [[channels/instagram-for-agents]] for the reasoning.

Why the cadence and not the number: AI citation systems sample
recency, but they also penalize "post mills." 15+ per month with real
material beats 30+ per month with filler every single time.
